A Different Approach to Immigration Law
I don’t just practice immigration law; I live it.
I’ve immigrated to three countries and lived in three others. I’ve experienced the indignities of being a stateless person with a strange travel document and endured severe limitations on my movement and freedom. Today, I have multiple passports and am free to decide where I want to live, study, and work.
I believe immigration is a fundamental option for all.
I want you to exercise this freedom as freely as migrating birds in my firm logo. Whether your immigration path be long or short, I promise you’ll never lack a clear sense of direction.
If you choose to have me represent you, I’ll help you get there one way or another; fighting for you, winning your case, and helping you succeed will be my paramount goals.
Understand the Difference
You’re not a template
Many immigration lawyers are notorious for taking only clients who might benefit from the template arguments they know. I don’t practice that way.
We’ll work one-on-one
Many immigration lawyers outsource their entire case preparation and client communications to paralegals and legal clerks and are often unavailable when you need them. When you work with me your case will be individually prepared to be approved. I’ll respond to you quickly and address every question and concern.
Let’s not complicate your case
Many immigration lawyers like to make simple things complicated. It pays well. I aim to make complicated things simple.
Compare experience and results, not fees
Many immigration lawyers advertise low fees. I don’t compete with attorneys whose strongest selling point is a low fee. And I strongly recommend avoiding price shopping. Compare differentiators that actually make a difference in the outcome of your case instead.
Your Consultation Will be Valuable
However, it won’t be free.
The free consultations lawyers often offer are not valuable.
The attorney you speak to will be prepared to size-you-up and sell you on the idea you need representation, but unprepared to deliver useful advice about how they plan to work on your case.
I’ll be prepared for your consultation.
A moment after we say our greetings, I’ll begin delivering valuable advice and discussing actionable strategies on winning your case that will save you time, money, and frustration.
